We bend steel or aluminum using advanced CNC machines, which are essential for cold forming sections for cabs and tubes with maximum diameter of Ø 139.7 mm, as well as square and rectangular tubes with sections up to 120 x 120 mm in the quickest, most precise and reliable way.
Roll bending (forming of steel tubes and special sections with relatively wide radius) is carried out using machinery equipped with specially designed sets of three rollers. We process sections up to Ø 154 mm for round tubes and 120 x 120 mm for square /rectangular sections.
For projects that require a set of welded parts, we perform MIG-MAG, TIG and braze welding. All on metals like carbon steel, stainless steel (AISI 304-316) and light alloys like aluminum and brass.
