Taking advantage of our innovative fleet of machines, we process bent tubes with cross sections up to Ø219 mm and square or rectangular tubular elements up to 180×180 mm.

Most of the bent tubular elements are in a metal alloy of steel as it is the metal best able to resist the great stresses to which farm equipment is subject.
Bending methods
Bending and roll bending
The mastery that we have acquired in this sector enables our clientele to rely on Tecnocurve when it comes to cold plastic deformation (CPD). From the outset, in the engineering stage, we share with our client all the information necessary to design a product as functional and economical as possible. Bending can be combined with roll bending to create non-repetitive geometries for custom-designed machines that may be more functional for certain projects.
Laser cutting and bending
The processing done prior to bending can include drilling holes, cutting slots or making mitre cuts necessary to the end client to assemble the finished machine.
Bending and milling
Where the laser cutter is unable to do a satisfactory job because of the difficulty of the process or because it is close to a bend, our numerically controlled milling centers come into play.
